It's the Most Wonderful Time of the Year...

I've had a FABULOUS Christmas! Life has brought many new friends as well as deepened other relationships this year which has made this time of year even better.

Wednesday night we had our Annual Ugly Christmas Sweater Party at the Welborns and watched Christmas Vacation. I promise there will be pictures to come and if your friends with me on facebook then you can see them there as well. There were new additions to our party and some that were unable to make it but the McAfee's (Kelly was Uncle Eddie's Wife), Jonathon (Uncle Eddie in the Robe Scene), Nixon ( Uncle Eddie in a dickie, need I say more?), and the Welborn's (Layton as the "Boss" and Angela in a tacky sweater) really got in to the theme. Oh and how could I forger our "Milkman" Josh. My outfit was just plain tacky and sadly something many in my family would wear! There were lots of laughs and good food to go around. I wait all year for this night!

Christmas Eve started out with work, ugggggh, but luckily I have a wonderful boss who let me leave at noon so that I could do some last minute Christmas Shopping. I had a late lunch/early Dinner with the Welborn Family at Olive Garden and then headed to my mom's to celebrate Christmas with my parents, siblings, and grandmother. I got lot's of jewelry, candles, books, and another pair of leopard print ballet slippers. All my fav's!!!

Christmas morning was at my dads for some more unwrapping of gifts and then breakfast with my grandmother and the Titan's game that night with my Dad. I think my dad was prettly pleasantly suprised as we got him some new things to decorate his living room. It was pretty bare since his divorce but I think we've got him covered! I got even more jewelry, YAY and $$$$! Again 2 of my loves though the money is going to buy the P90x program because I'm determinded to get my self in shape this year!

Though the P90X program is in my near future. I do have to brag a little bit and say that I bought a pair of jeans at Old Navy on Saturday and they were a size smaller than I normally wear from there and to make it even better I think I could still go a size smaller! YAY for me. I think I've honestly kept myself so busy running around that I've not gained any holiday pounds but just for good measure I'm not stepping on the scales until January 1st.

I hope your family had a wonderful Christmas and has blessed New Year in 2010!

Good for you! You should also check out Chalean. It is a program kind of like P90x, but not quit at intense. It does go through the daily rotation and uses weights like 90.
