Just wanted to check and see if anyone has gone this route or currently is? I'm thinking I'm going to try my best to elimate as much Gluten from my diet as possible. One thing I've defnitely learned about menopause/hysterectomy at 28 is that you hit a brick wall. Weight loss and enery levels just come to a halt not to mention what it's done to my poor tummy. I hate second guessing what I'm going to eat and whether it will make me sick. Sorry if that's TMI but it is my blog after all :).
If you have any good info or pointers please share. They would be much appreciated!

Christy is doing this for James, they are only partial right now I think, but you could talk to her about it.
Thanks, I will check with her.
The March issue of AllYou magazine has a big article in it about going gluten free.
Thanks Heather. I'll have to check it out since I got that over the weekend :)

Hi, I have only been gluten-free for two weeks. Not for medical reasons, just for kicks. Driving home from work today, I noticed something-I'm having a hot flash and it's only the second one today, and alot less intense. A surprise benefit! I was taking a soy power, which was helping, but I learned soy is bad so I stopped, and the flashes came back. Sorry i only say your question today, but I stumbled upon it researching hot flashes & a gluten free diet. Good luck. I know how miserable and embarassing hot flashes can be.
