January 1st, 2012. The day that people scramble to make goals that some will keep and some won't. Mine is not necessarily a resolution as it is a lifestyle change.
1) Get Fit
2) Get Healthy
Both will happen because I'm signed up to run the Music City 1/2 Marathon in April!
